Make a thick batter of tempura flour by adding the flour with some water. Dip the U.S. Frozen Steak Cuts in the batter and fry them with oil at 180°C or when the oil is hot until they are golden brown.
Preparing the green papaya salad
In a mortar, pound the garlic, green chili, and dried shrimp together. Add and pound the papaya, tomatoes, beans, and eggplant. Add some lime juice, fish sauce, jaggery and shrimp paste to your liking. When the taste is right, serve it on a plate garnished with roasted peanuts and dried shrimp.
Add the U.S. potato tempura to the plate and serve with the green papaya salad.
