Bake the U.S. frozen straight cuts in the oven at 200°C for 3 minutes, or pan fry on a stove for 3 minutes until they are cooked. Season with some salt.
Whisk the eggs with some salt. Heat up a pan on the stove with a little bit of oil. Once hot, add the egg and spread it all over the pan. Once the egg is cooked, add the grilled U.S. fries and roll the egg nice and tight. Use a sushi roll if necessary. When the roll is ready, set aside and slice it as you like.
Cut the carrot into small cubes and sauté with minced chicken. Season to taste, and add pepper for fragrance.
Drizzle ketchup on a plate and place the sliced egg roll. Put the carrots and minced chicken on top. Garnish with cherry tomatoes and lettuce, then serve!
