Fry the Frozen U.S. Hash Brown Rounds in some oil at 180°C until they are golden brown. Drain the excess oil.
Marinate the shrimp. Bread and fry them then set aside.
In a bowl, mix the ketchup, vinegar, sugar and soy sauce to make a sweet and sour sauce.
Add some oil to the pan and sauté the garlic, onion and ginger. Add and sauté sliced tomatoes, cucumber, pineapple, and bell pepper. Add the sauce mixture. Add some starch mixture if needed for thickness. If the thickness of the sauce is to your liking, add the fried U.S. potatoes and shrimp. Mix well. Plate them and serve!
