Ingredients

Seaweed Fries

  • U.S. Potato Frozen Shoestring - 300 grams
  • Seaweed - 50 grams
  • Onion powder - 2 teaspoons
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Pepper - 1 teaspoon

Cheese Fries

  • U.S. Frozen Straight Cuts - 300 grams
  • Butter - 2 tablespoons
  • Flour - 3 tablespoons
  • Chili powder - ½ teaspoon
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Yellow cheddar cheese - 5 slices

Spicy Fries

  • U.S. Frozen Crinkle Cuts - 300 grams
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 2 teaspoons
  • Chili powder - 4 tablespoons
  • Salt - 2 teaspoons
  • Pepper - 1 teaspoon

Preparation
Prep Time: 5min | Cook Time: 30min

Instructions

  1. Fry the U.S. Frozen fries.
  2. For the seaweed fries, grind the seaweed strips and mix them with the onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Toss the U.S. fries while still warm onto the seaweed mixture.
  3. For the cheese fries, heat up the pan then , add the butter, milk, flour, chili powder, and the yellow cheddar cheese. Stir well until it becomes creamy.
  4. For the spicy fries, add all the ingredients (garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt and pepper) in a large bowl. Toss the U.S. fries while they are still warm onto the chili powder mixture.
  5. Plate and serve!
