To make the pizza crust, thaw out the U.S. Frozen Hash Browns in room temperature for 3 hours. Squeeze out as much liquid from the thawed U.S. hash browns as possible. Crumble them up in a big bowl. Add butter and eggs, then mix well with your hands.
Preheat the oven to 350 °C and cover the baking tray with a baking sheet. Shape the crumbled U.S. Hash Browns into a pizza shape with your hands on the baking tray, then place in the oven for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and set it aside to cool down a little.
In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onions and garlic in sunflower oil. Once the onions are translucent, add ground beef, and sauté again. Once the meat starts to cook, add oregano, black pepper, and salt. Mix everything together and once the meat is cooked well, season to your liking. Turn off the heat and let it cool.
Spread the pizza sauce evenly onto the pizza crust. Add the meat, then sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the pizza. Bake the pizza again at 300°C for 15 minutes until the cheese starts to bubble. Remove from the oven and let the pizza cool down for a few minutes, then garnish with sweet basil. Slice the pizza and serve!
