Ingredients (Potato Blinis)

  • U.S. Dehydrated Potato Flakes 50g
  • Egg white 2
  • Milk 150g
  • All-purpose Flour 50g
  • Fresh thyme 5g
  • Salt & pepper To taste

Ingredients (King Crab Salad

  • King crab meat 60g
  • Lemon juice & zest 1
  • Green apple 50g
  • Fresh dill, chopped 10g
  • Fresh chili, chopped 3g
  • Onion, chopped 10g
  • Garlic, grilled 1 clove
  • Extra virgin olive oil 20g
  • Salt & pepper To taste

Prep Time: 25min | Cook Time: 15min

Preparation (U.S. Potato Pancake)

  • Beat the egg whites until fluffy and keep it on the side.
  • In a mixing bowl, add the milk and flour. Whisk them together then add the U.S. dehydrated potato flakes and fresh thyme. Mix until the batter is smooth.
  • Season with salt and pepper then pass it through a fine strainer.
  • Add the whipped egg white into the potato mixture. Mix gently.
  • In a nonstick pan, apply a drop of oil or butter. Use a tablespoon to get the mixture to cook it the same way as cooking a pancake.

Preparation (Salad)

  • In a salad mixing bowl, add all the ingredients together and mix well.
  • Season with salt and pepper.

Assembly note: Place the king crab salad on top of the blinis and cover with sliced apple blankets.
