This recipe is perfect for the winter time of year. Meat and U.S. yellow potatoes, how can it go wrong? The soup is so good that you will find all your family members loving it.



  • 300gr U.S. Yellow Potatoes, cut into medium chunks
  • 1 Carrot, cut into medium chunks
  • 50gr Peas, washed
  • 100gr Straw Mushroom, washed
  • 300gr Pork Rib, cut into 5 cm pieces
  • 1000ml Water
  • 50gr Spring Onion, chopped
  • 20gr Fresh Coriander, chopped
  • 35-40 gr Chicken Seasoning (Knorr)

Prep Time: 15min | Cook Time: 45min

  • Put 1000ml water in a hot pot and cook for about 30 mins until pork ribs are tender.
  • Add U.S. yellow potatoes and carrots, and cook for 10 mins or until they are tender.
  • Add peas and straw mushrooms, and cook for 5 mins.
  • Season with salt, pepper and chicken seasoning (knorr).
  • Add spring onions and coriander.
  • Place the soup in a large bowl and garnish with black pepper. Serve hot with steamed rice. Enjoy!
