Cooking Oil - 2 tablespoons (For making the spicy paste)
Peel the garlic cloves and smash them roughly.
To Deep-fry the Fries
Pour cooking oil to cover all the U.S. Frozen Crinkle Cuts and heat the oil to 180°C or 350°F.
When the oil becomes hot, put the U.S. Frozen Crinkle Cuts in the hot oil immediately and fry them for 3-4 minutes according to the product description (No need to defrost the frozen potatoes before frying).
Once the fries become crispy on the outside, take them out from the pan and set aside.
To Make the Spicy Fries
Heat the pan and add 2 tablespoons of oil. Sauté the roughly mashed garlic until it becomes aromatic.
Add the dried chili flakes, fish sauce, salt and mix them well for 15 seconds.
Add the pre-fried U.S. Fries to the pan and mix them until all the spices are coated.
Place them on a plate and serve.
