Fry U.S. Frozen CrissCut Fries in oil at about 177°C until the fries turn golden, then set aside to cool down.
Heat up some oil in a pan, then add the green peppers, red peppers, onion and chopped chives, and stir fry for a few minutes.
Add the U.S. Frozen CrissCut Fries into the pan, then add salt, chicken powder, salad oil, chili powder and Chinese prickly ash. Stir-fry for a few more minutes, then serve.
