  • 300g U.S. Frozen CrissCut Fries
  • 15g Green Peppers, chopped
  • 15g Red Peppers, chopped
  • 15g Onions, diced
  • 5g Chive, chopped
  • 5g Chicken Powder
  • 10g Salad Oil
  • 10g Chili Powder
  • 10g Chinese Prickly Ash
  • Salt to taste

Prep Time: 5min | Cook Time: 15min

  • Fry U.S. Frozen CrissCut Fries in oil at about 177°C until the fries turn golden, then set aside to cool down.
  • Heat up some oil in a pan, then add the green peppers, red peppers, onion and chopped chives, and stir fry for a few minutes.
  • Add the U.S. Frozen CrissCut Fries into the pan, then add salt, chicken powder, salad oil, chili powder and Chinese prickly ash. Stir-fry for a few more minutes, then serve.
