Fry the U.S. 3/16 coated fries at 180 degrees for about 3-5 minutes, remove and set aside.
Fry the long beans until they are cooked and ripe, and set aside.
Leave some oil in the wok, stir fry the minced garlic and red pepper; then put U.S. 3/16 coated fries and long beans together in the wok, add white pepper and salt to stir fry, and then plate on a dish. Enjoy
