Bring the milk to boil on low heat then turn off the heat. Add the U.S. Instant Mashed potatoes and stir well.
Add the fat free plain yogurt into the U.S. Instant Mashed Potatoes and mix well.
Scoop 1 teaspoon of the potato yogurt mixer into the 1-tablespoon size ice cube tray and keep in the fridge for 1 minute. Take out the tray from the fridge and add 1 piece of jaggery into each ice cube and scoop 1 ½ teaspoons of the potato yogurt mixer over the jaggery piece. Tap the tray to even the mixture and make sure there are no air bubbles. Let it freeze for 1 hour or overnight.
Only take out the potato yogurt blocks that you need to serve. Enjoy them cold!
