U.S. Wedges with Creamy Waldorf salad

Ingredients

  • 200 grams : Fried U.S potato wedges
  • 1 : Red Apple (Honey Crisp, red delicious)
  • 1 : Green Apple (golden delicious)
  • 1 rib : Celery (Sliced)
  • 1 cup : Red seedless grapes
  • 100 grams : Mayonnaise
  • 1 : Fresh Lime
  • 50 grams : Golden raisins
  • To taste : Salt and Pepper
  • 100 grams : Roasted walnuts
  • To garnish : Lettuce
  • 20 grams : Yogurt

Preparation

Method For salad
1. First, deep fry the potato wedges then cool them down. Cut the potato wedges, apples,
and celery into cubes.
2. Add all the ingredients above together in a bowl with the walnuts.
3. Drizzle some lemon juice. Add yogurt, mayonnaise, seasoning, and combine well. Taste
test and stir thoroughly.
4. Arrange the lettuce on a plate then top with the salad. Serve immediately.
