This is a long recipe.
1. Soak the diced bread rolls in the milk until all milk is absorbed
2. Sauté the garlic, lemongrass and ginger shortly in oil until fragrant, without color
3. Set cool
4. Combine the pork and the beef in the mixing machine with the paddle on lowest speed
5. Add bread mixture, eggs and sautéed garlic-lemon grass mixture
6. Season with salt and pepper
7. Combine well
8. If the mixture is to moist add bread crumbs as needed
9. Mix in the U.S. Fries taking care not to crush them too much
10. Roll the meatballs to the desired size
11. Panfry or grill until done. While grilling coat the meat balls with Bulgogi sauce
