Description

This recipe has the perfect combination of carbohydrates and protein for an athlete’s post workout. The potato starches, together with the high value protein from the salmon and yogurt help with muscular recovery. Plus, it is rich in omegas and probiotics that are essential to improve any athlete’s performance and digestion.

  • 1 cup US Dehydrated Potatoes
  • 2 tbsp. Butter
  • 1 cup Low Fat Milk (light)
  • 4 tbsp. Chopped Parsley
  • 1 cup Non-sugar Greek Yogurt
  • 200g Smoked Salmon
  • 1 Lemon
  • ½ tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 4 tbsp. Olive Oil

Preparation
Prep Time: 5min | Cook Time: 30min

  • Boil milk and butter; add instant mashed potatoes and mix with a wire whisk until completely integrated.
  • Add parsley, garlic powder and season with salt and pepper, and let it cool.  
  • Make thin patties, then fry them on both sides in a skillet until brown. 
  • Spread a little yogurt on the patties, add smoked salmon and serve with lemon.
