U.S. Potato Croquettes

  • U.S. Instant Mashed Potatoes 120g
  • Hot Water 400g
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste
  • Nutmeg 1g
  • Egg Yolk 2
  • Bread Crumbs 200g
  • Eggs 3

Tom Yum Seafood

  • Prawn 100g
  • Seabass Fillet 100g
  • Squid 100g
  • Garlic 10g
  • Olive Oil 5g
  • White Wine 5g
  • Tom Yum Paste 20g

Prep Time: 10min | Cook Time: 15min


  • Add all the ingredients for the U.S. Potato Croquettes in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Even out the potato dough on a flat surface.
  • Add the sautéed tom yum seafood into the potato dough and roll it up. Dip the U.S. potato rolls in the egg mixture then roll it in bread crumbs.
  • Deep fry the stuffed U.S. Potato Croquettes.
  • Serve the cheese sauce separately. 

Note: You can use a cheddar cheese sauce or any kind of cheese sauce for dipping.
