U.S. Potato Croquettes
- U.S. Instant Mashed Potatoes 120g
- Hot Water 400g
- Salt and Pepper To Taste
- Nutmeg 1g
- Egg Yolk 2
- Bread Crumbs 200g
- Eggs 3
Tom Yum Seafood
- Prawn 100g
- Seabass Fillet 100g
- Squid 100g
- Garlic 10g
- Olive Oil 5g
- White Wine 5g
- Tom Yum Paste 20g

Preparation
- Add all the ingredients for the U.S. Potato Croquettes in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Even out the potato dough on a flat surface.
- Add the sautéed tom yum seafood into the potato dough and roll it up. Dip the U.S. potato rolls in the egg mixture then roll it in bread crumbs.
- Deep fry the stuffed U.S. Potato Croquettes.
- Serve the cheese sauce separately.
Note: You can use a cheddar cheese sauce or any kind of cheese sauce for dipping.
