  • U.S. Instant Mashed Potatoes 50g
  • Glutinous Rice Flour 200g
  • Rice Flour 10g
  • Water 250g
  • Salt To taste
  • Cooking Oil 200ml
  • Coconut Cream 100g
  • Jaggery 300g
  • Pandan Leaf For flavor

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, add the U.S. Instant Mashed Potatoes, glutinous rice flour, rice flour, water, salt, and coconut cream. 
  • Mix the ingredients together then shape them into donuts.
  • Fry them in hot cooking oil at 180°C for about 3-4 minutes. 
  • Add pandan leaf while boiling jaggery to make sauce. Put jaggery sauce on the potato donut and serve.
