  • 4 Frozen U.S. Potato Croquettes
  • 12 ounces Smoked Salmon, thinly sliced
  • 1 Hass Avocado, thinly sliced
  • 4 tablespoons Sour Cream
  • ½ Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • 12 Cherry Tomatoes, cut into quarters
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Prep Time: 10min | Cook Time: 25min

  • Preheat the oven to 400ºF (204 ° C)
  • Place the U.S. potato croquettes on a baking sheet, and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Once the U.S. potato croquettes are out, spread a tablespoon of sour cream on each. Then add thin slices of salmon and avocado. Top with onions and cherry tomatoes.

*Note: Instead of using sour cream, try using refried beans, and grilled chicken instead of salmon for Mexican tostada.
