  • U.S. Instant Mashed Potato Powder : 100g
  • Crab Stick : 100g
  • Mayonnaise : 100g
  • Cream : 50g
  • Water : 50g
  • Unsalted Butter : 50g
  • Black Sesame Seeds : 50g
  • Tomato Ketchup : 15g
  • Carrot : 10g
  • Bell Pepper (Red, Yellow, Green) : 15g
  • Sprouts : 10g
  • Milk : 50g
  • Salt : To Taste
  • Lime : 1
  • Olive Oil : 1 teaspoon
  • Pepper : To Taste


Instructions for Mashed Potatoes
1. Bring cream, milk, and water to a boil. Lower the heat and add U.S. instant mashed potato
powder. Add salt and butter. Set aside.
Instructions for Salad
1. Pull crab sticks into strings.
2. Add mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and lime zest to the crab sticks.
3. Add olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper to the sliced crispy vegetables and mix.
Plating Instructions
On a plate, put a ring mold and add U.S. instant mashed potatoes. Add crab stick salad on top and top
with crispy vegetable salad. Plate with tomato ketchup and mayonnaise as desired and garnish with
black sesame seeds.
