  • U.S. Frozen Lattice Cut Fries 200 grams
  • Minced beef 200 grams
  • LP Sauce 2 drops
  • Tabasco sauce 2 drops
  • Egg yolk 1
  • Breadcrumbs 1 tablespoon
  • Masala powder 5 grams
  • Chili powder 2 grams
  • Salt 3 grams
  • Pepper 2 grams
  • Mustard 3 grams
  • Cheese slice 3 slices
  • Tomato 3
  • Lettuce 10 grams
  • Mayonnaise 30 grams
  • Cocktail sauce 30 grams



  • Add the LP sauce, Tabasco, egg yolk, masala powder, green chili, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper to the minced beef. Mix it well and shape the meat patty to your liking. Grill the meat patty on a grilling pan. 
  • Fry the U.S. Lattice Cut Fries in hot oil at 180°C until they turn golden brown.
  • Slice the tomatoes and drain the excess water. Wash the lettuce. 

To make the cocktail sauce

  • Add the mayonnaise, chili sauce, ketchup, Tabasco sauce, salt, and pepper. Taste it to your liking and add it to a saucer. 


  • Brush the fried U.S. Lattice Cut Fries with mayonnaise and add lettuce. Layer with the sliced tomato and grilled meat patty. Add the cheese slice on top on the beef and cover it with U.S. Lattice Cut Fries. Decorate with mayonnaise as you please. You can also serve the cocktail sauce along with the beef burger.
