U.S. Potato Smiley Fries Bacon Cheeseburger

  • U.S. frozen potato smiley fries - 1 bag
  • For the burger patties Ground beef - 600 grams
  • Steak seasoning - 1 tablespoon
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Butter - 2 tablespoons
  • Onion, finely chopped - 1
  • Salt & black pepper for seasoning 

To assemble the burgers

  • Cheddar, cut into 12 pieces - 6 slices
  • Crispy bacon, cut into 12 pieces - 6 slices
  • Tomato, cut in half - 6 slices
  • Mayonnaise - 6 grams
  • Ketchup - 7 grams
  • Lettuce - 12 slices
  • Pickled cucumbers - 12 slices

Prep Time: 10min | Cook Time: 15min


  1. Add all burger patty ingredients in a bowl and. mix them together.
  2. Place the bacon in a pan over high heat. Sauté for 2 minutes on each side until they turn crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. Shape the ground beef into 12 small patties.
  4. Place the patties on the cooling rack with the U.S. Frozen Potato Smiley Fries. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C  for 5 – 6 minutes., Remove from the oven and gently flip the burgers and the U.S. Potato Smiley Fries. Bake for another 5-7 minutes or until the burgers are ready and the U.S. Potato Smiley Fries are crispy. To add the cheese, remove the burgers from the oven, top each patty with a slice of cheese and bake for another 2 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the burgers are cooked through.
  5. To assemble, place one U.S. Potato Smiley Fry down, add a little bit of mayonnaise, top with lettuce, tomatoes, burger, bacon, sliced prickled cucumbers, and ketchup then top with a U.S. Potato Smiley Fry and insert a wooden stick in the center!
