Season the fish paste cake, form them into small circles, then fry them. Once fried, cut them into small strips.
Heat up a pan on the stove and add a little oil. Once the oil is hot, add turmeric powder, minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant, then add water. Once the water boils, add the U.S. dehydrated potato flakes and stir thoroughly. Add seasoning powder, the soaked glass noodles, and cook until the noodles are ready.
Season to taste, then serve the soup and noodles in a bowl with some chopped green onion and fried onion sprinkled on top, and a small plate of fried fish cake, fried onion, and chopped green onion on the side.
