  • U.S. Frozen Wedges - 450 grams
  • Seedless tomatoes (diced into cubes) - 2
  • Onion (diced into cubes) - 2
  • Green bell pepper(diced into cubes) - 1
  • Masala - 2 teaspoons
  • Lime juice - 3 teaspoons
  • Coriander leaves (thinly sliced) - 1 tablespoon
  • Mint (thinly sliced) - 1 tablespoon
  • Curry leaves (to garnish) - 15
  • Cucumber (to garnish) - 1 pieces
  • Seasoning pPowder - 2 teaspoons
  • Green chili or fried chili - 10
  • Fried papad - 6

Prep Time: 15min | Cook Time: 15min


  • Heat the oil to 180°C ( you can tell whether oil is ready when you stick a chopstick in the oil and bubbles start to appear) Fry the U.S. Frozen Wedges until golden brown then, drain the excess oil and let them cool. 
  • Once cooled, add the diced tomatoes, onions, bell pepper, coriander leaves, mint, a little bit of seasoning powder, lime juice, masala powder, a few drops of oil and mix well. Adjust the taste to your liking., Garnish the serving plate with tomatoes, cucumber and lettuce as necessary and put the wedges masala salad on top.
