Toasted black & white sesame seeds - 3 tablespoons
Garlic cloves, minced - 4 cloves
Canola oil - 3 tablespoons
Cabbage, shredded - 2 ½ cups
Green tomatoes, thinly sliced - 3
Roasted chickpea powder - 1 ½ - 2 tablespoons
Dried shrimp powder - 6 tablespoons
Long hot fresh chilies, seeded & julienned - 5 - 6
Pickled ginger liquid - 1 tablespoon
Lime, juiced - ½ a lime (about 2 tablespoons)
Shrimp sauce - 1 tablespoon
Salt, to taste
Sunflower oil, for frying the U.S. Frozen Sidewinders

Instructions
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat up the oil. Add the U.S. Frozen Sidewinders and fry for about 4 – 5 minutes until the potatoes are golden and crispy. Strain the excess oil.
Divide all ingredients into 2 -sized bowls. Top evenly with the fried U.S. Sidewinders. Mix well and season to get a , sour, – spicy, and – salty taste. Sprinkle with black & white toasted sesame seeds before serving and eat fresh.
