- U.S. Frozen Straight Cut Potatoes - 450 grams
- Butter or margarine - 3 tablespoons
- Flour - 6 tablespoons
- Cream or condensed Milk - 2 tablespoons
- Milk - 300 ml
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Mozzarella cheese (pizza cheese) - 300 grams
Ingredients for the pizza dough
- Bread flour - 450 grams
- Water - 250 ml
- Sugar - 35 grams
- Salt - 10 grams
- Yeast - 10 grams
- Oil - 50 grams
Preparation
Prep Time: 15min | Cook Time: 20min
For the pizza dough
- Mix the yeast with half of the water and half of the sugar.
- When all the sugar dissolves, mix the flour, oil, yeast and sugar, and knead the dough with your hands until it is smooth.
- Add the salt and knead the dough again into small balls and let them rise for 5 minutes.
- Then, stretch and flatten the dough using a rolling pin or your hands.
- Let the dough rise for another 15 minutes then it is ready.
For the cream
- Heat the butter in a pot then flour and mix well.
- Once the butter and flour are combined, add the milk, cream or condensed milk, sugar, and mix well.
Method
- Fry the U.S. Frozen Straight Cut Potatoes at 180°C until they turn golden brown then drain the excess oil.
- Spread the cream on the pizza dough then follow with the fries on top.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on the fries until they are covered in cheese.
- Bake it in the oven at upper and lower heat of 250°C for 10 minutes.
- You can bBake it a bit longer if you prefer the pizza crispy.
- Once the pizza is ready, add some mayonnaise to your liking and serve.
