U.S. Potatoes Omelette

  • U.S. Frozen Straight Cuts - 250 grams
  • Eggs - 6 pieces
  • Cherry Tomatoes - 80 grams
  • Butter - 10 gram
  • Milk - 1 tablespoon
  • Parmesan Cheese Powder - As needed
  • Sugar - ½ teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper - ¼ teaspoon
  • Spring Onion - As needed


For Preparation

  • Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add milk, salt, sugar, and black pepper to add a nice taste and smell. Mix them all together.
  • Roughly chop the tomatoes and put it in the egg mixture.
  • Just before frying, add the U.S. Frozen Straight Cuts to the egg mixture.


To make the Potato Omelette

  • In a non-stick pan, add butter, and heat the pan to melt the butter.
  • Put the egg mixture into the pan.
  • Put the lid on. Cook on low heat until two thirds of the bottom of the omelette is cooked.
  • Carefully flip the omelette.
  • When both sides of the omelette are cooked to perfection, put the omelette on the serving plate.
  • Sprinkle some spring onions and Parmesan cheese as a garnish on top before serving.
