Ingredients
- U.S. Frozen Straight Cuts - 250 grams
- Eggs - 6 pieces
- Cherry Tomatoes - 80 grams
- Butter - 10 gram
- Milk - 1 tablespoon
- Parmesan Cheese Powder - As needed
- Sugar - ½ teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black Pepper - ¼ teaspoon
- Spring Onion - As needed
Preparation
For Preparation
- Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add milk, salt, sugar, and black pepper to add a nice taste and smell. Mix them all together.
- Roughly chop the tomatoes and put it in the egg mixture.
- Just before frying, add the U.S. Frozen Straight Cuts to the egg mixture.
To make the Potato Omelette
- In a non-stick pan, add butter, and heat the pan to melt the butter.
- Put the egg mixture into the pan.
- Put the lid on. Cook on low heat until two thirds of the bottom of the omelette is cooked.
- Carefully flip the omelette.
- When both sides of the omelette are cooked to perfection, put the omelette on the serving plate.
- Sprinkle some spring onions and Parmesan cheese as a garnish on top before serving.
