U.S. Potatoes Sandwich

  • U.S. Frozen Hash Brown Patties - 8 pieces (about 500 grams)
  • Tomato - 1 piece
  • Lettuce - as needed
  • Ham - 4 slices (about 100 grams)
  • Small Cucumber - 1 piece
  • Mayonnaise - as needed
  • Chili Sauce - as needed
  • Cheese - 2 slices
  • Cooking Oil - as needed (for deep-frying the potatoes)


For Preparation

  • Wash the tomato and cucumber thoroughly with clean water then thinly slice them.
  • Wash the lettuce thoroughly with clean water then separate them into leaves.
  • Cut the ham and cheese into triangular shapes.

To make the Tri-tater Fries

  • Add cooking oil to cover all the U.S. Frozen Tri-tater Fries and heat the oil to 180°C or 350°F.
  • When the oil becomes hot, put the U.S. Frozen Tri-tater Fries in the hot oil immediately and fry them according to the product description (No need to defrost the frozen U.S. Tri-tater Fries before frying).
  • Once the U.S. Tri-tater Fries turn golden brown, take them out from the pan and set aside.

To make the Potato Sandwich

  • On one pre-fried U.S. Tri-tater Fry, put lettuce, ham, mayonnaise, thinly sliced tomatoes and cucumbers, chili sauce, and cheese slice in your preferred order.
  • Put another U.S. Tri-tater Fry above them to form a sandwich and then it is ready to be served!
