165 grams of chicken breast (cut into small pieces)
½ cup of fresh chili (crushed)
1 tablespoon of fish sauce
2 teaspoons of shrimp paste
¼ teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 ½ tablespoons of tamarind paste
2 bunches of cilantro (roughly chopped)
2 cups of chicken bone broth
½ by ½ cup water (can add more water if need)
Salt (to taste)
Prep Time: 10min | Cook Time: 25min
Add all the ingredients into a pot except for the U.S. Steak Cut Frozen Potatoes and the cilantro. Add water and cook on medium heat until the chicken is cooked well.
Add the U.S. Steak Cut Potatoes and ½ cup of water. Cook until the U.S. Steak Cut Potatoes are cooked through. Taste and season with more salt or tamarind paste as needed. Turn off the heat and sprinkle with cilantro. Serve with brown rice and steamed vegetables or rice noodles.
