Wok Fried U.S. Hash Brown Rounds with Capsicum

  • U.S. Frozen Hash Brown Rounds 250 grams
  • Yellow capsicum, diced 30 grams
  • Red capsicum, diced 30 grams
  • Green capsicum, diced 30 grams
  • Red onion, diced 30 grams
  • Garlic, chopped 10 grams
  • Black pepper powder 6 grams
  • Vegetable oil 500 ml
  • Salt 5 grams
  • Green lettuce 30 grams



  • In a wok, heat up the oil to fry the U.S. Frozen Hash Brown Rounds. 
  • Once the oil temperature reaches 160°C, fry the U.S. Frozen Hash Brown Rounds until they turn golden brown. 
  • Add a little bit of oil to a pan to sauté the onion, garlic, and other ingredients. Add the capsicums later. 
  • Once the sautéed vegetables change color, add the fried U.S. Hash Brown Rounds. Add some salt and pepper. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
  • Spread the green lettuce on a plate as shown in the picture. Place the stir fried U.S. Hash Brown Rounds on top and enjoy!
