- Glutinous Rice Flour 200g
- Rice Flour 10g
- Water 250g
- Salt To taste
- Cooking Oil 200ml
- Coconut Cream 100g
- Jaggery 300g
- Pandan Leaf For flavor

Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, add the U.S. Instant Mashed Potatoes, glutinous rice flour, rice flour, water, salt, and coconut cream.
- Mix the ingredients together then shape them into donuts.
- Fry them in hot cooking oil at 180°C for about 3-4 minutes.
- Add pandan leaf while boiling jaggery to make sauce. Put jaggery sauce on the potato donut and serve.
