- U.S. Instant Mashed Potatoes - 150g
- Milk - 100g
- Cream - 100g
- Egg White - 2Pc
- Butter - 80g
- Kales - 100g
- Green Onion - 20g
- Parmesan Cheese - 30g
- German Sausage - 4Pcs
- Onion - 2Pc
- Flour - 3Tbsp
- Beef Stock - 480g

To make the Colcannon
- Melt 50g of butter and add the kale. Sauté for about 2 to 3 minutes until soft then add the chopped green onions.
- Add the cream, milk, U.S. Instant Mashed Potatoes, and parmesan cheese. Season with some salt and pepper.
To make the Onion Gravy and Sausage
- Pan-fry the sausage until golden brown then take it out of the pan.
- Using same pan, sauté the sliced onions until they become soft and have a light golden color.
- Add the flour to cook it through then add the beef stock. Stir until the texture becomes smooth.
