  • Butter 14g
  • Flour 8g
  • Milk 255g
  • Cheddar Cheese 85g
  • Paprika A Pinch
  • U.S. Frozen Straight Cuts 300g
  • Bacon 100g

  • Heat up the oil until it reaches to 190°C then add the U.S. Frozen Straight Cuts into the oil. Fry until golden brown. 
  • Cut the bacon into small pieces and cook them in a pan on slow heat until they get crispy. Drain the oil.
  • To make cheese sauce, melt the butter in a pot over medium heat then add the flour. Whisk until the color changes to a light golden color. Add the milk and cook it until it thickens and bubbles appear. 
  • Add the cheese sauce on top of U.S. fries as you desire and garnish with crispy bacon.
