Ingredients (Mashed Potatoes)

  • U.S. Dehydrated Potato Flakes - 200g
  • Chicken stock - 100g

Ingredients (Chicken curry)

  • Minced chicken thigh - 150g
  • Tomato concasse - 100g
  • Onion - 50g
  • Garlic - 20g
  • Chili powder - 10g
  • Turmeric powder - 10g
  • Fresh coriander - 15g
  • Olive oil - 20g

Ingredients (Potato & curried chicken balls)

  • Flour - 50g
  • Bread crumbs - 100g
  • Egg, beaten - 2

Ingredients (Grilled Garlic Sauce)

  • Grilled garlic cloves - 3
  • Mayonnaise - 70g
  • Lime juice - 1
  • Parsley, chopped - 10g

Prep Time: 30min | Cook Time: 15min


  • To make the mashed potatoes, mix the U.S. dehydrated potato flakes with hot chicken stock. Add hot water if needed.


  • To make the curried chicken, add the olive oil in a pre-heated pan and sauté the onion and garlic. Add the chili and turmeric powder and cook for a couple more minutes.
  • Add the minced chicken and cook for 7-10 minutes. Add the tomato concasse and continue cooking. Season with salt and pepper then add the chopped coriander.


  • In a mixing bowl, mix the U.S. dehydrated potato flakes and curried chicken together. Form them into small balls or any shape you prefer.


  • Smash the grilled garlic and mix it with the other ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.
