  • U.S. Frozen Hash Browns - 90g
  • Carrot, julienned - 15g
  • Green Mango - 20g
  • Cilantro, chopped - 15g
  • Green Papaya - 25g
  • Cherry Tomato - 30g
  • Green chili - 1pc
  • Garlic Clove - Half
  • Green Onion - 5g
  • Honey - 15g
  • Lime - 2pcs
  • Fish Sauce - 5g

Prep Time: 15min | Cook Time: 5min

  1. To make the sauce, add the honey, lime, fish sauce, chopped garlic, sweet chili, and mix it all together in a bowl. Add all the vegetables and mix again.
  2. Deep fry the frozen U.S. Hash Browns at 180°C for about 3 minutes.
  3. Finally, plate the salad and place the crispy U.S. Hash Browns on top.
