- U.S. Dehydrated Potato Flakes - 80g
- Vegetable Stocks - 250g
- Seaweed - 4g (2 sheets)
- Rice Sheet - 6g (2 sheets)
- Cilantro, chopped - 5g
- Ginger, chopped - 2.5g
- Lemongrass, chopped - 2.5g
- Chili green - 1 pc
- Garlic Clove - Half
- Green Onion - 5g
- Mint leaf, chopped - 5g
Ingredients (Chili Mint Sauce)
- Sweet Chili - 25g
- Mint Leaf, chopped - 10g
- Soy Sauce - 15g
- Honey - 10g
Preparation
Prep Time: 15min | Cook Time: 5min
- Heat up a small casserole and add the vegetable stock. Add the U.S. dehydrated potato flakes and whisk to make mashed potatoes.
- In a mixing bowl, mix the U.S. mashed potatoes with all ingredients and seasoning.
- To make the dumpling, take 20g of the mashed potato mixture and wrap it with the rice sheet and seaweed .Tie the bag dumplings with spring onion.
- Deep fry the bag dumplings in oil at 225°C for 4 minutes.
- To make the chili mint sauce, mix the sweet chili, chopped mint leaf, soy sauce, and honey together.
