  • U.S. Instant Mashed Potatoes - 150g
  • Milk - 100g
  • Cream - 100g
  • Egg White - 2Pc
  • Butter - 80g
  • Kales - 100g
  • Green Onion - 20g
  • Parmesan Cheese - 30g
  • German Sausage - 4Pcs
  • Onion - 2Pc
  • Flour - 3Tbsp
  • Beef Stock - 480g

To make the Colcannon

  • Melt 50g of butter and add the kale. Sauté for about 2 to 3 minutes until soft then add the chopped green onions. 
  • Add the cream, milk, U.S. Instant Mashed Potatoes, and parmesan cheese. Season with some salt and pepper.

To make the Onion Gravy and Sausage

  • Pan-fry the sausage until golden brown then take it out of the pan.
  • Using same pan, sauté the sliced onions until they become soft and have a light golden color.
  • Add the flour to cook it through then add the beef stock. Stir until the texture becomes smooth.
