  • U.S. Frozen Hash Brown Rounds - 300 grams
  • Carrots (julienned) - ½ piece
  • Onions (thinly sliced) - 2 pieces
  • Pickled mustard greens  (thinly sliced) - 3 tablespoons
  • Chive roots - 3 tablespoons
  • Fried fermented soya beans (Pel Pote, thinly sliced) - 3 slices
  • Fried pork rinds - A few
  • Chicken powder - ½ teaspoon
  • Oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Sausage (thinly sliced) - 3 pieces
  • Coriander leaves (thinly sliced) - 1 tablespoon
  • Fried peanuts (grind to pieces) - 2 tablespoons

Preparation
Prep Time: 10min | Cook Time: 20min

Method

  • Heat the oil to 180°C, add the U.S. Frozen Hash Brown Rrounds and fry until golden brown. Drain the excess oil and let themit cool. Add the sliced sausages, onions, carrots, pickled mustard, coriander leaves, chicken powder and a little bit of pepper. Put it on a plate, and serve with the Pel Pote, chive roots, pickled mustard greens and fried pork rinds on the side.
