For the mala Paste

  • Heat the pan and add a little bit of oil. Once the oil becomes hot, sauté the garlic and onion then add the chili peppers. Once cooked, add the mala paste, tomatoes, chicken powder, and cook on low heat until the oil comes out.

For the U.S. Frozen Crinkle Cuts

  • Heat the oil to 180°C. Fry the U.S. Frozen Crinkle Cuts for 3 minutes or until they turn golden brown. Drain the excess oil and let them cool.

For the fried chicken

  • Dice the chicken into small pieces. Add chicken powder, salt and pepper to taste, and mix well. Heat the oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken then drain the excess oil.

Method

  • Heat the prepared mala paste and mix it in with the fries. Add the fried chicken, spring onions, and peanuts to your taste. Place it on a serving plate and garnish with the fried onions, sesame seeds, spring onion, and chili peppers then it’s ready to serve!
