Boil the milk and cream, then add in the U.S. Instant Mashed Potatoes. Add the softened butter, bread flour, parmesan cheese, and egg. Mix everything together to get a dough.
Shape the dough into gnocchi using a fork. Boil them in hot water until they float up the surface.
Take them out of the water and drain them. Pan fry the potato gnocchi with garlic, chili, Italian basil, and extra virgin olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle some parmesan powder on top to serve.
