Chocolate marshmallow - 90 grams
Semi-sweet chocolate chips - ½ cup
White chocolate chips - ½ cup
Strawberry flavored chocolate chips - ½ cup
Coconut oil, divided - 3 teaspoons
Sprinkles wooden craft sticks - 6

Instructions
1.Brush olive oil on both sides of each U.S. Frozen Potato Smiley Fries and bake them in a preheated oven at 180°C for 4 – 5 minutes or untill they turn golden brown and crispy. Let them cool down.
Place the marshmallow on each U.S. Potato Smiley Fry and bake them in the oven until marshmallows begin to puff up. Remove the pan from the oven then top each marshmallow with another U.S. Potato Smiley Fry. Press wooden craft sticks into the middle of each U.S. Potato Smiley Fry sandwich then refrigerate.
On low heat, melt each chocolate flavor with one teaspoon of coconut oil in the top of a double boiler over slightly simmering water,, stirring frequently. Make sure the water is not touching the bottom of the top pan. Pour each melted chocolate flavor into 3 tall glass bottles.
Dip each U.S. Potato Smiley Fry on a stick into each chocolate flavor., Turn the stick to coat it evenly, then pour sprinkles over the U.S. Potato Smiley Fry before the chocolate sets. Place them on wax paper and . allow the chocolate dipped U.S. Potato Smiley Fry to set. You can also place them in the fridge to set the chocolate. Have fun & Enjoy!
