Cook the prawns in hot water, then remove immediately. Add coriander, pepper and seasoning powder, and mix well.
Cut the U.S. potato wedges into small squares.
Cut the three bell peppers into squares, then season together with cherry tomatoes.
Arrange the shrimp, vegetables and potato wedges on the skewers as you like.
To make the Thai Sauce, chop garlic, coriander, and chili, then mix with fish sauce, lime juice, and some sugar.
Heat up a grilling pan on the stove and add a little oil. Once hot, pan grill the skewers. Or put them in the oven at 180°C for 3 minutes until the color is beautiful and the smell is fragrant.
On a plate, spread some lettuce, place the grilled skewers, Thai sauce, and garnish with vegetables. Enjoy!
