This is the perfect recipe for a carbohydrate rich snack for athletes. Since it is low in fat, it is not heavy for training, and provides the energy to do activities, as well as multiple nutrients that are necessary for good muscle and tissue functions.
4 cups US Frozen Potatoes, curly cut
1 cup Bee Honey
5 tbsp. Sesame Seeds
1 tbsp Pepperoncini
½ tsp. Ground Pepper
2 tbsp. Chopped Chives
Salt and Pepper
Prep Time: 10min | Cook Time: 20min
Roast the sesame seeds in a frying pan over medium heat, then set aside.
Spread potatoes on a baking tray and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Mix honey, pepperoncini, pepper and sesame seeds together, then mix in potatoes and serve.
