Pan Grilled U.S. Potato Wedges with Prawn and Veggie Skewers

  • 300g U.S. Frozen Wedges
  • 150g Prawn
  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper
  • 10 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 tablespoon Chili, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fish Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
  • Sugar, to taste
  • Seasoning Powder, to taste
  • A little bit of water
  • Glass Noodles, for garnish
  • Lettuce, for garnish
  • Carrot, for garnish
  • Olive, for garnish

Prep Time: 20min | Cook Time: 15min

  • Cook the prawns in hot water, then remove immediately. Add coriander, pepper and seasoning powder, and mix well. 
  • Cut the U.S. potato wedges into small squares. 
  • Cut the three bell peppers into squares, then season together with cherry tomatoes.
  • Arrange the shrimp, vegetables and potato wedges on the skewers as you like. 
  • To make the Thai Sauce, chop garlic, coriander, and chili, then mix with fish sauce, lime juice, and some sugar.
  • Heat up a grilling pan on the stove and add a little oil. Once hot, pan grill the skewers. Or put them in the oven at 180°C for 3 minutes until the color is beautiful and the smell is fragrant.
  • On a plate, spread some lettuce, place the grilled skewers, Thai sauce, and garnish with vegetables. Enjoy!
