Potato Shrimp Balls

  • 10 ounces Hash Browns
  • 3 ounces Frozen Shrimp, cut into small pieces
  • 2 ounces Mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Unsalted butter, melted
  • ¾ tablespoon Chicken Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Coriander
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Panko
  • 2 Eggs

Prep Time: 15min | Cook Time: 15min

  • Heat a pan over medium-high heat with butter and garlic. Add shrimp, stir fry for 3-4 minutes and then add chicken powder. Remove from the pan and set aside to cool down.
  • Crush hash brown and mix with the shrimp and coriander.
  • Divide the mixture into portions the size of a golf ball, then place a cheese cube in the center.
  • Roll the balls in flour, dip in egg wash, then roll in panko.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 390F, put the potato balls in the air fryer and fry for 10 – 15 minutes.
  • Serve the potato balls warm with chili sauce (optional).
