Heat a pan over medium-high heat with butter and garlic. Add shrimp, stir fry for 3-4 minutes and then add chicken powder. Remove from the pan and set aside to cool down.
Crush hash brown and mix with the shrimp and coriander.
Divide the mixture into portions the size of a golf ball, then place a cheese cube in the center.
Roll the balls in flour, dip in egg wash, then roll in panko.
Preheat the air fryer to 390F, put the potato balls in the air fryer and fry for 10 – 15 minutes.
Serve the potato balls warm with chili sauce (optional).
