  • 250g Prime Ribs
  • 100g U.S. Tater Tots
  • 1 Egg
  • 10g Cornstarch
  • 20g Vinegar
  • 10g Crystal Rock Sugar
  • 10g Shallot
  • 10g Ginger
  • 15g Thin Soy Sauce
  • 5g Thick Soy Sauce
  • 10g Salt
  • proper amount of Oil

Prep Time: 10min | Cook Time: 30min

  • Deep-fry the U.S. tater tots in 180-degree oil for 3 minutes
  • Rub the prime ribs with salt. Mix the egg and the cornstarch together until even and cover the prime ribs with the mixture;
  • Deep-fry the marinated prime ribs until cooked;
  • With the reserved oil, stir-fry the shallots and ginger until aromatic. Add the prime ribs, vinegar, rock sugar, thin soy sauce, and thick soy sauce for seasoning; When the sauce is absorbed, add the deep-fried U.S. tater tots and slightly stir-fry with sauce.
