  • U.S. Frozen Hash Brown Rounds - 300g
  • Black Bean Paste - 100g
  • Dried Fish - 100g
  • Fried Garlic - 20g
  • Fried Onion - 20g
  • Oil - 100ml
  • Seasoning Powder - To taste
  • Fried Peanuts - 20g
  • Cucumber - 1pc
  • Lettuce - 6 heads
  • Rice - 200g

Prep Time: 15min | Cook Time: 20min

  • Soak the dried fish in water, then boil it in hot water. Once boiled, pound the fish until it becomes tender. 
  • Add oil to the pan and sauté the pounded fish. 
  • When the fragrant comes out, add fried onion and garlic. Season it and cool it down in a bowl.
  • To prepare the U.S. Hash Brown Rounds, heat the oil until it reaches 180°C and fry the U.S. Hash Brown Rounds until they turn golden brown. 
  • Add black bean paste to the white rice. Add oil and seasoning. Mix well and place it on the serving plate. Add the fried U.S. Hash Brown Rounds on top. Put lettuce on the potato and garnish with balachong. 
  • Add peanuts, cucumber, and fried curry leaves for plating, then serve!
