  • U.S. Dehydrated Potato Flakes - 400g
  • Glutinous Rice Flour - 400g
  • Water - 300g
  • Jaggery - 100g
  • Food Coloring (Yellow, Red, Green) - A little
  • Grated Coconut - 100g

Prep Time: 15min | Cook Time: 10min

  • Mix U.S. dehydrated potato flakes and glutinous rice flour with water. Separate into four bowls. Add red food coloring to one bowl, yellow to one and green to another. Leave out the last one for white. 
  • Chop the jaggery into small pieces. Roll the potato mixture into small balls and stuff some jaggery inside each ball. 
  • Bring water to a boil. Once boiling, add the rainbow sticky balls. Wait until they float up to the surface. Scoop them up and place them in cold water to cool them down. 
  • Coat the sticky balls with grated coconut and serve!
