  • U.S. Dehydrated Potato Flakes - 300g
  • Flour - 30g
  • Chili Powder - 1 Tbsp
  • Turmeric - 1 Tsp
  • Masala - 1 Tsp
  • Coriander - A Little
  • Bacon - 100g
  • Snow Fungus - 20g
  • Carrot - 1pc
  • Cucumber - 2pcs
  • White Radish - 3pcs
  • Cherry Tomato - 5pcs
  • Olive - 5pcs
  • Snow Peas - 10g
  • Oil - 100ml
  • Seasoning Powder - A Little
  • Roasted Chickpea Powder - A Little
  • Milk - 250ml
  • Water - 250ml
  • Salt - To taste

Preparation
Prep Time: 15min | Cook Time: 15min

  • Boil milk and slowly add U.S. dehydrated potato flakes. Mix well and add salt. Let the mashed potatoes cool down. 
  • Sauté pieces of bacon with onion. Let it cool and add it to the mashed potatoes. Add masala, chili powder, and coriander. Add a little bit of flour and mix well. Shape it into round patties and fry the patties with a little bit of oil until both sides turn golden brown. Set aside.
  • Soak the white jelly mushrooms in water and simmer in hot water. Julienne the snow peas and carrot. Mix the white jelly mushrooms with the vegetables. Add seasoning powder, a little bit of oil, and chick pea powder. When the taste is to your liking, the salad is ready to serve. 
  • Place a banana leaf on a serving plate. Add the U.S. mashed potato patties and top with white jelly mushroom salad as you like and serve!
