အခွံတွင်စိမ်းနေသောအာလူးများကိုစားခြင်းသည် နေမကောင်းဖြစ်စေနိုင်ပါသလား
အခွံတွင်စိမ်းနေသောအာလူးများကိုစားခြင်းသည် နေမကောင်းမဖြစ်စေနိုင်ပါ။ အာလူးများသည်အလင်းနှင့်ထိတွေ့လျှှင် ကလိုရိုဖီးလ်ထုတ်ခြင်းကြောင့် ဖြစ်သော အာလူးစိမ်းခြင်းသည် သဘာဝပင်ဖြစ်သည်။ ကလိုရိုဖီးလ်အဆိပ်မရှိပါ သို့သော်လည်း အာလူးစိမ်းခြင်းသည် Solanine ထုတ်လုပ်မှုတိုးမြင့်လာခြင်းကိုဖော်ပြသည်။ Solanine သည် Glycoalkaloid ဓာတုဓာတ်ပေါင်းတစ်မျိူးဖြစ်ပြီး ပမာဏအများကြီးစားသုံးမှသာလျှင် အစာအိမ်နှင့်အူလမ်းကြောင်းဆိုင်ရာ လက္ခဏာများ ( ဥပမာအားဖြင့် မူးဝေခြင်း၊ အော့အန်ခြင်း၊ ဝမ်းလျှောခြင်း) ကိုဖြစ်စေသည်။
အချက်အလက်များ
- အာလူးစိမ်းခြင်းနှင့် Glycoalkaloid တို့သည်အာလူးတွင်သဘာဝအတိုင်းပါရှိသည်။ လယ်ကွင်းထဲတွင်ဖြစ်စေ၊ သိုလှောင်ခန်းထဲတွင်ဖြစ်စေ၊ ဈေးဆိုင်စင်ပေါ်တွင် သို့ အိမ်တွင်ဖြစ်စေ အာလူးများသည် အလင်းနှင့်ထိတွေ့လျှင် အခွံကိုစိမ်းသွားစေသည်။ အာလူးစိမ်းခြင်းသည် ဆလတ်ရွက်နှင့် ပန်းဂေါ်ဖီစိမ်းစသော အသီးအရွက်အများအပြားတွင် တွေ့ရသော အစိမ်းရောင်ခြယ် ကလိုရိုဖီးလ်ကြောင့်ဖြစ်သည်။ ကလိုရိုဖီးလ်သည်ကျန်းမာရေးအတွက် စိုးရိမ်စရာမရှိပါ။ ၄င်းသည် အန္တရယ်မရှိ၊ အရသာလည်းမရှိပါ။ သို့သော်လည်း အာလူးများတွင် ကလိုရိုဖီးလ်များဖြစ်ပေါ်လာမှုသည် Glycoalkaloidဖြစ်ပေါ်လာမှု အထူးသဖြင့် Solanine နှင့်ဆက်စပ်နေသည်။ Solanineပါဝင်မှုများလာလျှင် အာလူးကိုခါးစေပြီး ပမာဏအများကြီးစားသုံးလျှင် အစာအိမ်နှင့်အူလမ်းကြောင်းဆိုင်ရာ လက္ခဏာများ ( ဥပမာအားဖြင့် မူးဝေခြင်း၊ အော့အန်ခြင်း) ကိုဖြစ်စေသည်။
- ကလိုရိုဖီးလ်များဖြစ်ပေါ်လာမှုသည် အလင်းနှင့်ထိတွေ့မှုကြောင့်သာဖြစ်သော်လည်း အခြားအရာများသည် အာလူးရှိ Glycoalkaloid ကိုမြင့်တက်စေသည်။ ကလိုရိုဖီးလ်နှင့်မတူဘဲ အာလူးတွင် Glycoalkaloidဖြစ်ပေါ်လာရန် အလင်းရောင်မလိုအပ်သော်လည်း အလင်းရောင်သည် ၄င်းကို အထောက်အကူပြုသည်။ အာလူးရှိ Glycoalkaloidပမာဏကို မြင့်တက် စေသော အခြားအချက်များမှာ

- အလွန်ပူသော (သို့) အေးသောအနေအထားများတွင်သိုလှောင်ခြင်း (သို့) အလင်းရောင်နှင့်လွန်ကဲစွာထိတွေ့ခြင်း
- အများအားဖြင့် စားနေကျအာလူးများတွင် Solanine အနည်းငယ်ပါဝင်သည်။

- လက်ခံနိုင်သော အကန့်အသတ် : ၁ဝဝဂရမ်ရှိသော လတ်ဆတ်သောအာလူးတွင် လက်ခံနိုင်သော Glycoalkaloid အမြင့်ဆုံးပါဝင်မှုမှာ၂၀ မှ ၂၅ မီလီဂရမ် ( သို့မဟုတ် ၂၀၀-၂၅၀ppm )သာရှိရမည်ဟု FDA ကယူဆသည်။ လူတစ်ဦးသည် အာလူးတစ်ပွဲတွင် ပါဝင်သည်ထက် သိသိသာသာပိုမို စားသုံးမှသာ အဆိပ်သင့်နိုင်သည်။ ဥပမာအားဖြင့် ကိုယ်ခန္ဓာတွင် အဆိပ်သင့်နိုင်သော Glycoalkaloid ပျမ်းမျှသည် ၁ကီလိုဂရမ်အလေးချိန်လျှင် ၃မှ၅မီလီဂရမ်ဖြစ်သည်(၁ကီလိုဂရမ်အလေးချိန်လျှင် ၁မှ၅မီလီဂရမ် အတိုင်းအတာအတွင်း)။ အာလူးတစ်လုံးသည် Glycoalkaloid ၂၀၀ppm ပါဝင်သည်ဟုယူဆလျှင် ၈ဝကီလိုဂရမ် ( ၁၇၆ပေါင်) ရှိသောလူတစ်ဦးသည် Glycoalkaloidပါဝင်သော အစိတ်အပိုင်း တစ်ကီလိုဂရမ်စားသုံးမှသာလျှင် အဆိပ်အတောက်ဖြစ်နိုင်သည်။ Glycoalkaloidပါဝင်မှုမြင့်သော အာလူးများသည် ခါးသက်သောအရသာရှိပြီး စားသုံးသူများကို အဆင်မပြေဖြစ်စေနိုင်သည်။
- Glycoalkaloid ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာမှူကို နည်းနိုင်သမျှနည်းစေရန်လျော့ချခြင်း – အာလူးများတွင်Glycoalkaloid ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာမှူကို လျော့ချရန်နည်းလမ်းများကို ရိတ်သိမ်းချိန် နှင့် ရိတ်သိမ်းပြီးချိန်များတွင် အသုံးချနိုင်သည်။
